Job Overview
We are a 15 year old multi-million dollar home improvement company seeking a Call Center Manager. We are one of the largest home improvement companies in the area with one of the most recognized names in our field. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom renovations with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality products and installation and minimal customer disruption in the home. Your team will have a warm list of potential customers to call from. We are looking for someone to manage 5-12 callers that are able to set leads for our sales staff. We have thousands of warm leads to be called on! This candidate would also be responsible for overseeing our internet marketing department with cost and expectations.
Duties
- Develops and manages marketing operating budgets for call center department.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events.
- Directs promotion forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Directs staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
- Directs market channel development activity and coordinates lead distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and product goals
- Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performance against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
- Directs product research and development
Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service management role is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Experience in negotiating with clients or stakeholders effectively.
- A background in sales is highly desirable, with the ability to drive revenue through excellent customer interactions.
- Familiarity with call center technologies and software is preferred.
